Basically, it is a fast pet that can do a lot of damage quickly against the first enemy (and is strong and tough versus critters) with some sort of Dodge, a pet that is tough and strong versus magic, and another pet that either mirrors the first exactly or has a good self-heal instead of a Dodge. Basically, it is a fast pet that can do a lot of damage quickly against the first enemy (and is strong and tough versus critters) with some sort of Dodge, a pet that is tough and strong versus magic, and another pet that either mirrors the first exactly or has a good self-heal instead of a Dodge.

2) Spending 2 rounds on an ability like Barrel Toss is stronger than two regular attacks vs the shell shield.

Worked perfectly for me, xu-fu solo'd Lifft, got brul''dan to 116 hp before being defeated, swapped to ikky to (manual) savage talon. Black Claw'd swole, then swapped for deflection and triple snap few times.

Good to know. He picks abilities at random so while it worked every time for me I had no way to be 100% sure this strat covered every eventuality.
